Getting to the Clinic
Nişantaşı is one of the easiest addresses in Istanbul to reach, which is why we are here. Whether you land at either airport, take the metro or walk from your hotel, the clinic is a short and predictable journey — no ferry crossings, no hillside back streets.
From the airports
Istanbul Airport (IST) — roughly 45 minutes by car in normal traffic, on the European side.
Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) — roughly 60–75 minutes by car, crossing from the Asian side.
Patients on a treatment package receive VIP airport ↔ hotel transfers according to their package conditions; your coordinator arranges the pick-up around your flight times once tickets are confirmed.
By metro and on foot
The nearest station is Osmanbey (M2 line), a few minutes' walk away. The M2 runs directly from Taksim and Şişhane, so most central hotels are a single ride with no changes.
Once on Rumeli Caddesi, look for number 71 and take the lift to the fifth floor. Reception is directly opposite the lift.
Lost, delayed or landing late?
Message the clinic on WhatsApp at +90 543 456 80 80. Your coordinator can share a live pin, speak to your driver in Turkish and move your appointment if your flight slips. This is included with every treatment plan.
Opening Hours
The clinic runs on Istanbul time (GMT+3). Messages that arrive overnight are picked up first thing the next working morning, so international patients writing from the US or Australia are never waiting more than one business day.

Treatment appointments are scheduled in advance rather than walk-in, because full-arch cases need a CBCT slot and surgical time reserved for you. If you are already in Istanbul and want to be seen quickly, call or message and we will find the earliest opening.
What Happens After You Send the Form
No call centre, no automated funnel. One coordinator handles your case from the first message to your last check-up at home.

A coordinator replies within 24 hours
You get a real person who speaks your language, by WhatsApp or email — whichever you used to reach us. They introduce themselves and ask what you want fixed.

2
We ask for photos or an X-ray
Clear photos of your teeth are enough to start. A panoramic X-ray taken in the last 12 months lets our surgeons judge bone height properly; a recent CT is better still if you already have one. Without imaging we can only quote a range.

You receive a written plan and quote
Your treatment plan, the number of visits, the time needed in Istanbul and transparent pricing — all disclosed in writing before you travel. Anything outside the package is listed separately, never added on arrival.

We plan the trip around clinic dates
Agree your appointment slots first, then buy flights. Your coordinator arranges transfers, hotel where the package conditions include it, and your day-by-day schedule. The definitive plan is confirmed on your first day after a CBCT assessment and examination with your surgeon.
One thing worth knowing: a remote assessment is an estimate, not a diagnosis. A CBCT assessment and examination with your surgeon confirms the right choice for you, and nothing is prepared or placed until you have gone through it face to face with the surgeon treating you.
Contact FAQ
The questions patients ask before they get in touch — what a consultation costs, which languages we speak, what to send us and how quickly you hear back.
Yes. The remote assessment, your treatment plan and your quote cost nothing and carry no commitment. You are not asked for card details to receive them, and there is no charge if you decide not to go ahead. The examination and CBCT assessment on your first day at the clinic are included in the treatment price for patients who travel to us.
English and Turkish are spoken throughout the clinic, from reception to the surgical team, so you never rely on a phone translator for a clinical conversation. Coordinators handle written correspondence in English. If you are more comfortable in another language, tell us when you first write and we will arrange interpretation for your appointments where we can.
Yes, and it is the quickest way to get a meaningful answer. A photo of a panoramic X-ray on a screen or lightbox is usually readable enough for a first opinion. If you have the original DICOM file from a CBCT or CT scan, email it to info@sohodent.com instead — WhatsApp compresses large files and our surgeons prefer to open the full-resolution data.
Within 24 hours, and usually the same working day if you write during Istanbul hours. Messages sent overnight or at the weekend are answered first thing on the next working morning. If your case needs a surgeon's opinion before we can plan it, your coordinator tells you that straight away rather than leaving you waiting in silence.
Treatment is by appointment. Full-arch and implant cases need CBCT time and surgical time reserved specifically for you, so slots are agreed in advance and flights are booked afterwards — not the other way round. Spring and autumn are the busiest periods; if you are aiming for those months, get in touch four to six weeks ahead.
The balance is settled at the clinic in cash or by card, in dollars, euros, pounds or Turkish lira. A small deposit confirms your dates and comes off your total; your coordinator confirms the exact figure in writing before you pay anything. Transparent pricing means every line of your quote is disclosed in writing before you travel.
It depends on the treatment. Implant cases usually run over two visits — around 3 working days for surgery, then a healing period at home of a few months, then roughly 7 working days for the permanent teeth. Patients return to their country with a fixed set of temporary teeth in 3 days. Crown and veneer cases are typically completed in one visit of 6 to 7 working days. Your written plan states the exact number of days for your case.
